Privacy policy
This is a translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Hungarian version prevails.
This notice explains how we handle your personal data when you use the Tamas.Pro website or contact us. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information.

2. Contacting us via the form or directly
What data we process: your name, your email address, your phone number (if you provide it), the location of the property, the type of work requested and your message. If you contact us by email, by phone or via WhatsApp, we process the data you provide there.
Purpose: to respond to your enquiry, arrange an on-site assessment and prepare a quote.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention: if no contract is concluded, we keep the data for one year after your enquiry has been closed. If a contract is concluded, we keep the contract-related data until any claims arising from the contract become time-barred (generally 5 years), and accounting records for 8 years as required by the Hungarian Accounting Act.
If you use WhatsApp, the privacy terms of its operator (WhatsApp Ireland Limited) also apply.
3. Visiting the website
This website does not use cookies and does not use any analytics or advertising tracking. Fonts and images are loaded from our own hosting, without involving third-party services.
To keep the website secure, the hosting provider keeps technical logs (for example the IP address, the time of the request and the browser type) for a short period. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating the website securely (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Who has access to the data
Your data is handled by the staff of Wash Away Kft, and only to the extent necessary to deal with your enquiry. We use the following service providers (data processors):
- Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA): hosting of the website and forwarding of the form.
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) (USA): forwarding of messages sent via the form to our mailbox by email.
- Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland): our business email account (Google Workspace).
Transfers to the United States are based on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission. We do not sell your data and do not use it for marketing purposes.
5. Your rights
With regard to your personal data, you have the right to:
- request information about and access to your data,
- request its rectification or erasure,
- request the restriction of processing,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- receive your data in a machine-readable format (data portability).
You can submit your request by email at info@tamas.pro. We will respond within one month at the latest.
6. Remedies
If you believe that your data protection rights have been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH; Falk Miksa utca 9–11, 1055 Budapest, Hungary; postal address: 1363 Budapest, Pf. 9; phone: +36 1 391 1400; email: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu; naih.hu) or, if you live in another EU member state, with the data protection supervisory authority of your habitual residence. You may also go to court; proceedings may also be brought before the court of your place of residence.
